FAQ's for EVERYDAY HERO WEDDING GIVEAWAY
What is included in the giveaway?
You will receive an outdoor ceremony (indoor if weather doesn't cooperate), reception, food, linens on tables, basically the red carpet. Toad Valley has partnered with area businesses to also offer these services: invitations, flowers, bride's gown, groom's tux, cake, DJ, and photographer.
What is included with the ceremony?
You will get an event coordinator who will help to make sure everything runs smoothly. There is also a bridal suite where the bride and her bridesmaids may get ready. It has a bathroom attached to it. You will also get a family room where family can hang out while waiting for pictures and for the ceremony to begin. It also includes a guest book, DJ service, chairs, set up and tear down.
What meal is included?
There are several meal options available. Once the winner is selected, the Event Coordinator will sit down and cover the food options. There are several buffet meals available as well as hors d'oeurves.
How many people can I invite?
The giveaway includes a guest count of 150 people. Toad Valley can accomodate up to 225 people. Additional people will have to be purchased.
Does the giveaway include a bar?
No. All beverages must be purchased and arranged with Toad Valley. The meal includes iced tea, coffee, water and lemonade.
